a permanent conferencing telephone number, you are allocated
a permanent number that enables you to create a conference
instantly from any telephone at any time, no matter
where you are.

create a conference, just dial your permanent telephone
conferencing number, enter your PIN and a conference is
immediately created. Other participants can join the conference
call by simply dialling your permanent telephone conferencing
number. Participants do not need to enter a room number
or PIN to join the conference. It is hassle free and ideal
for urgent conferencing requirements. |

permanent telephone conferencing number feature is ONLY available
through Yac 's monthly invoice payment option. Credit Card conferencing
requires the digit entry of Room Number and PIN. |

| Note: Recurring and once off
conferences can still be pre-booked on the Yac web site so that
email invitations and reminders can be sent to participants.
