Voice
Messages Now Accessed Via Any Phone and Email
5th
September, 2000 - YAC has launched Message Store,
an exciting and innovative new service, giving users access
to their voice messages via fixed line or mobile phones
for the first time. This is a unique combination not available
from traditional mobile phone or fixed line operators.
Message
Store enables YAC Users to retrieve voice messages by
dialling their YAC Number to access a central message
store, in addition to being able to access messages from
their email inbox, as before. Users are alerted to new
voice messages via an SMS message sent to their mobile
phone.
Message
Store gives users the choice of listening to messages
via any touchtone handset and then either deleting them
or forwarding the message to their email inbox for a permanent
record. The choice of where your messages are held - in
Message Store or the users email inbox - is easily made
via the YAC website - www.yac.com.
Mike
Feerick, CEO of YAC, said: "Message Store gives YAC users
even more control and flexibility with their communications.
Small businesses in particular need immediate access to
messages, wherever they are, because lost calls result
in lost business. Message Store means you always have
access to your voice messages over a fixed or mobile line."
