Former
TDK Systems Europe MD Joins YAC

August, 2000 - YAC, the unified communications company,
has appointed Keith Marsden as UK Managing Director with
immediate effect.
Keith
joins YAC from TDK Systems Europe Ltd where he had been
Managing Director for four years. At TDK Systems Europe
Ltd, the mobile communications division of TDK Corporation,
Keith led the company strategy for the emerging Bluetooth
market.
Talking
about his new role, Keith said: "I have been extremely
impressed with YAC since launch last November. One of
the key reasons for joining was the opportunity to head
up this strong UK team whilst driving and enhancing the
already impressive UK market growth. This is a very exciting
time, both for YAC and myself."
YAC

management experience in the communications industry will
prove invaluable to us. Our development thus far has been
tremendous and as we continue this rapid growth we need
to embrace the management disciplines of more established
companies. Keith brings this experience and an ability
to lead from the front."
Keith's
early career saw him spend eight years working in the
BT Datacoms division, then move onto become MD of Psion
Dacom (now known as Psion Connect) where he pioneered
the company's successful entry into the PC card marketplace.
In 1996 he became MD of Greycell Systems, a leading European
manufacturer of connectivity products for notebook PCs.
Keith headed the rapid expansion of the company and negotiated
its sale to TDK in 1997.
