17 April 2001 - YAC, the net-based communications provider has announced that it has completed third round funding via its existing investor base. As a result of the new investment, the company will now focus on developing innovative communications solutions for the Business market.

Mike Feerick, YAC's founder and CEO will be stepping down to pursue other business interests but will assist the company going forward in a non-executive business development role. Ray Rankmore, formerly CEO of Stepstone UK, has been appointed CEO.
