Call Forwarding
Receive calls made to your YAC Number on almost any phone in the UK

other countries.

How
Do I Control My YAC Number
You control your YAC Number by logging into your YAC Account.
Internet
You can access your YAC Account from any computer with an Internet connection.
Just go to http://www.yac.com
and enter your YAC Number and Password in the login box at the left
of the screen.
Telephone
If you are on the move you can still access your YAC Account by dialling
into our Telephone User Interface (TUI).
(Note:
certain YAC features can only be activated via our TUI - notably recording
a message to be broadcast for Message Distribution, or recording your
Personal YAC Greetings.)
To access
your YAC Account by telephone:
- Dial
your own YAC Number (32/22/10.5ppm), press
 ,
enter your PIN Number when prompted, followed by the hash key 
or
- Dial
our special low rate number - 0870 735 0870 (8/5/4ppm) - enter you
11 digit YAC Number when prompted, followed by the hash key .
Then enter your PIN, followed again by the hash key .
Both options
will lead you into your Personal Settings menu, which you can navigate
via your phone's number pad.
WAP
Or, if you have a WAP-enabled device, you can access and change your
Call Forwarding Settings while on the move by going to wap.yac.com.
Enter your YAC Number and PIN when prompted. Refer to our WAP
Support Page for more information about using our WAP site.
