You will need a password to manage your account on the Yac website.
A PIN number is required to manage your account from a telephone. Choose a sequence of numbers that is easy to remember and/or meaningful to you.

Your password clue should jog your memory if you ever forget your password. For example, your Password Clue could be "My initials + first four digits of my car's registration number" reminding you that your password is "HSJ164".
